Product overview

A tour of your account — tracking time and expenses, leave and scheduling, charge-code and people setup, and reporting — with a link into each feature's guide.

Your account is a timekeeping and payroll-ready workspace: employees record time and expenses, admins configure the rules and codes those entries follow, and everything rolls up into reports and payroll. It’s built for teams that have to keep time the way government-contracting rules expect — accurate overtime by state, leave-eligibility rules, and structured travel information — without making employees think about any of it.

This guide is a map. Each linked article walks one area end to end, with screenshots.

How it fits together

Setup flows one way and data flows back: admins create charge codes and roles; employees log time and expenses against those codes; approvers review them; and the approved records feed reports and payroll. The compliance features — overtime presets, waiting periods, travel questionnaires — are all admin-configured and then apply automatically, so an employee just sees the right form.

Note
Availability. Some features are governed by account-level switches (for example, travel questionnaires under Settings → Leave) or by your account’s enabled modules, so depending on how your account is set up a given feature may be on or off by default. An admin can change these at any time.
