After 3 unsuccessful attempts of trying to login to your Hour Timesheet, the system will atomically lock your user account for 15 minutes. At this point, your course of action may be one of the following.
Reset your password
Click on the Password Reset link either from your firm's Hour Timesheet account from the web interface or from the mobile app. This process will automatically unlock your account without having to wait 15 minutes.
Contact HTS Technical Support
Send an email to support@hourtimesheet.com that includes your name and the firm's name and request that your account be unlocked.Wait 15 Minutes
After your account has been locked 15 minutes, you may attempt to login again.
